Vincennes, Indiana  – Chelsea Gugliotta-Moore, a mother and coach for Black Heart Basketball’s 5th grade girls team, has died. Chelsea, who worked at Vincennes University and Blazer 91.1 WVUB, was not only an educator and leader but also a former student of Lamar University and Bellarmine University. A proud alumna of North Knox High School, she was deeply rooted in her community and was celebrated for her ability to inspire and uplift others.
